Couple's retreat with a twist

The hotel upgraded our room for free-- larger than most by Japan standards! The staff was polite, like we mattered. Plus, everything was spotlessly clean, really amazing view of the city from our window.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but in the end, it felt worth it.

This was an excellent fit for a break on a long journey in Okayama with great value for the price. The room was spacious enough for three open luggage and had a comfortable double bed. Make sure to explore the nearby shopping mall for some good finds.
